To get the best quality, please follow these steps:

Lighting:

Face a window with natural light. Avoid backlight/overhead shadows. No flash.

Background:

Use a plain white/light gray wall and stand 1 meter away.

Framing:

Phone at eye level. Capture head + shoulders (mid-chest to above head). Look at the lens.

Quality:

Prefer the rear camera (or ask someone to take it). Clean the lens. No filters. Upload JPG/PNG (high quality).
